Value Governance™ is an executive accountability framework developed by RDH Strategic Advisors, LLC. The framework is in design validation. It has been stress-tested against CFO, COO, CIO, PMO, Finance, Operations, and board-level objections. It has not been deployed in a live organizational environment and has not been proven to improve value capture outcomes.
